Judge Rules Texas Teacher Will Not Lose License After Marijuana Consumption

So there ya go, teachers...

When these bad ass kids get on your nerves, all you gotta do is book a round trip flight to Colorado!  (wink)

A Texas teacher admitted to getting high from eating a marijuana edible while visiting Colorado in 2015.

Because that edible was still in her system when she submitted a hair sample at her job in Texas, it showed she had marijuana recently.

Earlier this week, a judge ruled that Maryam Roland should not be sanctioned because there is no evidence to show she got high in Texas!

She ate it in Colorado where Medicinal AND Recreational Marijuana use is totally legal!
