A Former Central Texas Police Sergeant Arrested

A former Sergeant with the Killeen Police Department was arrested! This is a case of police looking out for each other, even if it's breaking the law!!

Sergeant Macaire Morrissey was arrested Wednesday, accused of being untruthful to investigators in a sexual assault investigation of a former officer, Christopher Rennick Morris. Morrissey was charged with filing a False Report to a Peace Officer. He was fired on June 6 due to multiple violations of departmental general orders and violation of Local Civil Service Rules and Regulations, according to KXXV.

This is definitely a reason that people don't trust the police anymore, the bad cops abuse citizens and some of their comrades cover it up for them! If they don't uphold and follow the law, how can they enforce it?
