Beware Lottery Scam Is Taking Over CTX

Could you imagine receiving a phone call from a company that claims you have won big money? Yeah I would go crazy!

Recently, many CTX residents have been receiving phone calls from an automated system that urge "winners" to pick up their cash prize from event head quarters.We all know nothing in life is free so in order to cash in your ticket you have to send over $200 in a money order to pay "taxes."

The automated system makes it sound so good several people have become victims of the scam.

Law enforcement encourages residents' to look out for area "876" area codes!
