At first I thought it was a sketch. Then I thought maybe David Lynch was shooting something in Cedar Park.

But nope, this is 100% Grade-A crazy caught on camera.

Video (embedded below) of a woman's bizarre behavior during an equally bizarre 911 call has been all over Facebook since Tuesday.

Georgetown resident Chris Hampshire - the man responsible for filming the encounter - tells KENS-TV he turned down the wrong exit lane at Cedar Breaks Park in Georgetown. As he was trying to correct himself, a woman he says is a park attendant confronted him and called 911.

I shouldn't have laughed, but when she started screaming that he was trying to run her over, I lost it. The man is standing outside of his car to film her, yet she cries out to the 911 operator that he's trying to run her down.

In a Facebook post, Hampshire wrote that he left the park and was soon pulled over by police. He showed the video and was allowed to go.

Comments on the video indicate that this isn't the first time the woman has been involved in an incident like this.

She was identified as Judine Reed. Georgetown police say she did not appear to be injured and did not want to submit a written statement about the incident.

Army Corps of Engineers representatives wrote in a statement that the encounter happened on August 25, and that they do not condone this sort of behavior by their staff. Reed was reportedly a contracted gate attendant.
