Many of us have that one friend who beefs with everybody! Well what do you do when your friend beefs with someone you actually have no problem with? Do you automatically not like someone because your friends don't or do you just keep it cordial?

Bosslady Advice: Have your own mind! Just because your friend does not mess with someone does not mean you have to adapt the same attitude. Remember if you want to be successful in life you have to have a network and at the end of the day you never know who you made need. Im not saying become buddy buddy but stay cordial and speak. If your fired is a real friend they will understand and know that if this so called beef ever became more then just words you are riding with them!
