Local Band Wins Austin Music Competition

Local band ONE Vs. All were named the winners of the under-21 My Band Rocks Fox competition Wednesday night in Austin.

Three of ONE Vs. All band members have Temple High School ties including THS senior Jacob Smedley on string bass, Nico Medina, a THS band graduate, is the percussionist while Dylan Nance, a THS orchestra grad, is the violinist.

The other two members of ONE Vs. All Wolf Mahler and Colton Storm both attend Belton High School.

Winning will allow ONE Vs. All the opportunity to work with a Grammy nominated record producer over the next year, a studio recording session, and a spot in the South by Southwest Music Festival in Austin
