The video is from the dash-cam and body camera. It shows officers' interaction with Keith Lamont Scott that led to Scott's death. The family has been requesting the video be made public. Charlotte has been the scene of intense protests since the shooting, with another man being killed during the protests. Scott's family says he didn't own a gun and was actually reading a book when he was killed. Charlotte police say a gun was found with his fingerprints, DNA and blood on it, according to KXXV.
