The City of Killeen will host a budget forum Thursday at 6 p.m. at the Utility Collections Main Conference Room, 210 W. Avenue C. The public is encouraged to attend.

The city is developing the budget and plan of municipal services for the 2016-2017 fiscal year, which will begin October 1.

“The budget is one of our most important resources in delivering on the City’s mission: Dedicated Service, Every Day – for Everyone,” said Interim City Manager Ann Farris. “For that reason, and more, please join us and be part of this very important conversation.”

Those unable to attend the forum may submit comments and suggestions regarding the city budget via email to citybudget@killeentexas.gov.
