"I'll buy the neighbors house if they complain about the noise."

That's what Drake spit in Future's song "Where Ya At," and there's a chance that his words actually came true.

According to Trulia, Drizzy dropped $2.85 million to purchase his neighbor's Los Angeles home, which is a ranch-style structure that sits on one acre of land.

In addition, the 7,444 square foot home has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen and a large guesthouse. Plus, there's an oval-shaped swimming pool in the backyard and a place for the Hotline Blinger to ride horses if he chooses to.

In regards to the line in "Where Ya At," there are no reports that Drake brought the home because of complaints from his former neighbor, although it wouldn't be impossible since he's known to throw colossal sized pool-parties.

If you recall, The 6 God hosted a massive shindig in May, where there were plenty of celebrities, loud music and even a girl fight broke out. Again, it's very possible that some of that noise spilled over to his neighbors, but there are no reports to confirm that.

On top of that, Drake threw a star-studded pool-party in June 2015, where celebs like Kanye West, Amber Rose, Blac Chyna and The Game attended. Those two bashes were held at the OVO boss' Hidden Hills, Calif. mansion that he purchased in 2012 for $7.7 million, so now he's sitting on at least two very valuable properties.
