Former NYC mayor Rudy Guiliani recently said that 'Black Lives Matter' is racist. Do you agree? From all the explanations I have heard, the Black Lives Matter movement came about because it seemed as though Black lives in fact DID NOT matter to many police officers and politicians in this country. What are your thoughts?
