It hasn't quite been a year since Drake put out his More Life playlist, and fans are already clamoring for more. It sounds like Drizzy is hard at work on his new project.

On Friday (March 9), the 6 God was in attendance at the Toronto Raptors vs. Houston Rockets game in the 6, as his hometown squad attempted to break the Rockets' 17-game win streak. During a break in the action, the rapper offered a well-received messages to fans.

"I love each and every one of you, I'm happy to be home," Drake said from center court. "I'm working on this new album for the city. Yeah, that's right. And by the looks of it, tonight, this win streak is over, so let's go get it."

Drake first brought up talk of a new album last August, also hinting that the LP would be dedicated to T Dot. "I'm about to go back to making this new album in Toronto just for you," Drizzy said to the crowd in front of Toronto's Budweiser stage at the 2017 OVO Festival. "I'll see you next year, we'll be bigger, we'll be better. I go by the name of Drake, this a OVO Sound ting for life."

Aubrey hit the ground rolling in 2018, dropping his Scary Hours EP in January. The two-song project featured the song, "God's Plan," which has spent six weeks atop the Billboard 100 and broken streaming records.

By the way, Drake was right about the outcome of the game, as the Raptors bested the Rockets 108-105.
