Operation Christmas Child National Collection Week

Since 1993, Operation Christmas Child, a project of international Christian relief and evangelism Samaritan's Purse, headed by Franklin Graham, has delivered more than 100 Million gift-filled shoe boxes to needy children in some 130 countries. The week of November 17th to the 24th, local churches equipped with volunteers will be accepting boxes from individuals and groups to be sorted and sent using whatever means necessary to reach children around the world who are suffering from natural disaster, war, terrorism, disease, famine and poverty. The goal for the Mid-Texas Area which includes 6 counties in Central Texas, collected 12,025 boxes in 2013. This year, we would like to invite you to join us in exceeding a goal of 13,468 boxes.
