H-E-B hosts Baby Shower for 40 Fort Hood Mothers

H-E-B, and Operation Shower hosted a baby shower for 40 Military moms yesterday at the Killeen Civic and Conference Center in Killeen.

All expectant moms are active duty service members or the spouses of deployed members of Fort Hood.

Operation Shower is a non-profit organization dedicated to celebrating and honoring military families by providing joyful baby showers for military moms-to-be to ease the stress of deployment, or in cases where a spouse has been seriously injured.

This "Baby Bistro" presented by H-E-B included lunch, raffle prizes, and distribution of “Showers In A Box” gifts for mothers generously donated by other companies.

The Baby Shower was hosted by KWTX-TV's Taina Maya.
