Killeen Man Charged With Homicide After Killing 4-Year-Old With Houseboat [Video]
A Killeen man has been arrested and charged in the death of a 4-year-old girl, who was killed by a houseboat!

Jason Bernal was arrested and charged with criminal negligent homicide, according to KKXV. He is allegedly responsible for the death of 4-year-old Kaitlyn Oliver, who was killed after being struck with a houseboat on June 23. She and her dad, Patrick Oliver, were hit by houseboat at Temple Lake Park on Lake Belton. Patrick is still in serious condition. According to a witness, the girl was playing in the water when the houseboat backed up and ran over her, striking her with the propeller. When her father jumped in to save her, the propeller struck him too. A witness said she warned Bernal not to park the boat in the area because there were children swimming there.
