93-year-old Carmen Vazquez-Cardona was last seen leaving the Lions Park Senior Center (1700 E Stan Schlueter Loop) around 2:50 PM with an unknown man.

Carmen is described as a Hispanic woman, approximately 5’3” tall, 118 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt, blue jeans, and grey and white shoes. She was carrying a silver purse.

Carmen is on medication for Alzheimer’s disease and may become confused. She also has other medical conditions that require medications that she did not take with her. Carmen’s family said this is uncharacteristic of her normal behavior.
