Ludacris is again in hot water over a picture he posted on Instagram. The Atlanta rapper/actor is being sued by website, Little Things, for using an altered version of one of their copyrighted works.

Back in March, the website posted an article entitled: "Is Boob Sweat Normal? 8 Things Women Should Know About Sweating 'Under There.'" The article was accompanied by a drawing of a woman applying antiperspirant under her breasts.

Fast-forward two months, and Luda posted an altered version of the same image on his page along with the words, "IT'S THAT TIME OF THE YEAR." The post was reportedly a promotion for his latest single, "Vitamin D." Luda eventually took the photo down, but not before it got 22,000 likes.

Now, according to information obtained by TMZ, Little Things is suing for damages and is also seeking a portion of the profits made off the photo.

Back in 2014, Luda got called out by photographer Paul Pichugin who claimed the ATLien used his beach photo on Instagram without permission. After Pichugin filed a DMCA complaint, the photo was eventually removed.

In other Luda-related news, he is doing his thing as the new host of the Fear Factor reboot. XXL spoke with him about the opportunity to expand his portfolio with the beloved show in May. “My first thought was, when I heard about that [opportunity], I was definitely a fan of the original show and I’m kind of an adrenaline junkie myself, which is something a lot of people don’t know,” he told us. “What better way for me to actually do some of these stunts my damn self than to watch people do it firsthand. If I’m going to [be the host] of the show, I’m going to put a spin on it and make it new.”

Luda is also currently working on his ninth studio album.
