Meek Mill's legal team continues to do all they can to get the rapper freed from prison and are now using the judge's past against her.

According to a report from TMZ, lawyers for the Wins & Losses rapper plan to use Judge Genece Brinkley's failed acting career as evidence of her personal vendetta against Meek, claiming the judge is jealous of his success and celebrity status.

Brinkley's only acting credit is for a 1993 TV movie called Tell My Mom I Love Her, where she played the mom, alongside actor Dustin Felder. According to TMZ, Felder is reportedly close to Charlie Mack, the music manager Brinkley allegedly tried to get Meek to sign with.

On Monday (Nov. 20), NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick revealed he recently spoke with the rapper, who said he was in good spirits. "Spoke to Meek Mill & he wanted ppl to know regardless of his unjust situation, he's in good spirits & humbled by the support the people have shown him," tweeted Kaepernick. "We'll continue to fight against the harsh sentencing practices that have affected Meek & millions of other POC for generations."

The Philadelphia rapper also recently scored a minor victory, being transferred from solitary confinement to general population, as per his request. The confinement meant Meek had to be in a room by himself for 23 hours of the day, seven days a week. While prison officials said solitary confinement was meant to protect the rapper due to his celebrity status, sources claim Meek felt he would do fine in general population thanks to his status on the streets.
