Ocean's Eleven is getting a spinoff with all women and Rihanna is set to star in it.

The news comes by way of Deadline, which also lists Mindy Kaling, Awkwafina, Helena Bonham Carter, Sandra Bullock, Anne Hathaway and Cate Blanchette as stars in the upcoming film Ocean's 8.

Movie fans know that the original Ocean's Eleven was released in 1960 and starred the infamous "Rat Pack": Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr. That movie was remade in 2001 with George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Bernie Mac, Don Cheadle and more in the ensemble cast.

Now, Warner Bros. is planning to recreate the success once more. The crew will reportedly head to New York in October to start filming. Ocean's Eleven's director Steven Soderbergh is sitting back as producer on this one. No word yet on who will be directing.

The latest move comes as RiRi's latest push into Hollywood. After minuscule roles in BattleshipThis is the End and Annie, Rihanna found success as the voice of the main character in the Pixar-animated film, Home. She's done pretty well at achieving her silver screen goals; having nabbed roles in the upcoming film, Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets and on the TV series Bates Motel.
