Should Texas A&M Be Fined For Animal Abuse? [Poll]

According to KXXV, the animal rights group "Stop Animal Exploitation Now" says Texas A&M University should face fines for federal violations at their animal research lab! The University had some violations that surfaced during the lab's inspection by the United States Department of Agriculture. Do you think the school should pay fines or could that money be better spent on something positive, like scholarships?
