Swizz Beatz is in legal trouble over an alleged leasing luxury car scheme in New York. According to the New York Post, Swizzy was slapped with a $42 million civil racketeering lawsuit, which was filed in Brooklyn, N.Y., on Wednesday (Sept. 21).

The plaintiff, Metro Gem Leasing and Funding Corp., contends in the suit that they were leasing luxury cars, including a Ferrari F12 and a Bentley Continental, to Swizz for him and his wife, Alicia Keys, to use.

The company claims that Swizz, whose real name is Kasseem Dean, leased up to 10 cars from them between 2013 and 2016 at rates of up to $7,000 a month. Then the veteran hitmaker allegedly conspired with his friend, Macky Dancy of Dancy Auto Group, to resell the pricey vehicles to third parties at a markup, even though they don't own them.

A rep for Swizz told the NYPost that the producer and his associates “are innocent pawns in a years-long, multi-million dollar dispute.”

Meanwhile, Swizz Beatz jumped on his Twitter account and pretty much said that he's not bother by the legal action. Read his tweet below.
