SXSW Shooter Arrested Again, This Time In Killeen

The Killeen man who allegedly opened fire at SXSW in Austin last month was arrested this week in Killeen!

Rondarius Taron Spicer, who is accused of opening fire in a South by Southwest crowd was arrested Tuesday and arraigned Wednesday on a charge of evading arrest in Killeen, according to KDH News! Police say he ran a red light and tried to flee the officer. He was previously charged with deadly conduct by discharging a firearm for the SXSW shooting incident!
