Bruno Mars couldn't make it to the 2013 Teen Choice Awards tonight (Aug. 11) since he is on tour. He didn't send his regrets. Instead, he appeared via a satellite video, taking time to thank fans for awarding him the Choice Summer Music Star and Choice R&B Artist awards.
