Temple invites you to come put to "The Word" their Open Mic Poetry Night at J Kowboy Wine Bar, located at 13 E. Avenue B in downtown Temple.

The Open mic will be held on March 28th at 7:00 p.m, free and open to the public but drinks are purchased on their own.

Discover Downtown hosts this monthly poetry night in Temple to help foster a creative environment in their growing downtown area.

Come share your own poetry, All voices are welcome.

If you visit any City sponsored Downtown Temple event through April you'll register to win a pair of VIP tickets to the 13th Annual Bloomin’ Temple Festival.
