Texas Teacher Under Investigation for Viral Nude Photos

It seems like each week brings a new story about a schoolteacher under investigation for misconduct. Is there something in the water?

In the border area, salacious pictures of a teacher in the Eagle Pass ISD ended up on social media and the phones of certain students.  By salacious, I mean naked as a jaybird.

Is the technology enabling the behavior? Or did past generations simply look the other way? All I can say is, nothing like this happened when I was in school.
