People wearing 'Black Lives Matter' shirts have definitely had their share of discrimination at businesses and even schools, but this may be the first time I've heard of someone wearing a 'Police Lives Matter' shirt being discriminated against. A Texas woman says it happened to her!

Meredith, who is the wife of a police officer, claims that she was denied service at a Kroger grocery store in Spring, Texas, because of her shirt. Meredith said the Kroger employee said “the shirt I had on was basically a slap in the face to her, and she was doing everything she could not to cry.” Kroger did release a statement regarding the situation:

"We are disappointed and sorry to hear that this happened. We want our customers, associates and the law enforcement community to know how deeply we appreciate and honor our police officers and other first responders who put their lives on the line to keep us safe every day. We're taking steps to ensure this doesn't happen again."

Kroger said it still needs to interview employees to find out what happened.
