CTX Talks! Hubbard, Whitney and West are among 46 small Texas cities that may be sued if they don't change the way they regulate where sex offenders live! According to KWTV Texas Voices for Reason and Justice is challenging the ordinances and asking those cities to repeal ordinances restricting where sex offenders can live!
