Trey the Choklit Jok attends "The Choose ATL" House at SXSW 2018

Yesterday as my first event I attended at SXSW I went to The Choose ATL House, presented by Georgia Power with appearances by T.I., Common, Trae the Truth and (from my new favorite tv show The Chi on Showtime) Jason Mitchell and Jacob Lattimore.

Throughout the day I witnessed a few panel discussions and programming to raise awareness of the opportunity that Atlanta Georgia offers (I really went just to see T.I. and Common tho lol) but I ended up checking out cool stuff like pilots from Atlanta filmmakers, also a really in-depth conversation with T.I. about entrepreneurship whose message stood out: “Dream bigger, dream hard.”
