Tyrese is supposed to adhere to his restraining order filed by his baby’s mother, but it appears he’s not.

TMZ reports that the singer’s ex, Norma Gibson, filed a police report on him after he hired a plane to fly a banner over his daughter’s school and sent her a slew of gifts.

On Monday (Oct. 24), a plane flew a banner reading, “No Matter What, Daddy Loves You Shayla” over the 10-year-old’s elementary school. In addition, Shayla received ballons, a teddy bear, a fruit basket and card from her dad as well.

Norma filed a police report because Tyrese violated a temporary restraining order, which prohibits him from any direct or indirect contact with Shayla. In their ongoing child custody battle, Tyrese is accused of viciously spanking Shayla over her breaking into her piggy bank. The Department of Children and Family Services is currently investigating.

Norma's attorney, Aleen Laura Khanjian, believes Tyrese's gesture was attempt to intimidate the witness since DCFS could interview Shayla as part of its investigation. Reps for Tyrese deny Khanjian's accusations.
