Walmart will give employees bonuses for NOT taking sick days!

If you work at Walmart or are considering a job there, good news!

This great company will begin offering additional bonuses to employees who don't call in sick.

Starting this weekend, according to their website, if you have perfect attendance while working at Walmart the company will now be giving their employees an additional 25% on top of the cash bonuses they already receive!

They will also be offering protected PTO for hourly workers who use their sick days to care for their kids and family. These employees will still be eligible for the additional bonus pending their non-use of other sick days.

Walmart has been waking up on the right side of the bed lately. Last week they announced that they are paying their drivers more money and hiring more drivers, and now they're hooking up their current employees. Way to go Walmart!
