Where Does Texas Rank for Issuing Traffic Tickets?

We all know the saying "Everything is bigger in Texas'

We also know that Texas is big on issuing traffic tickets.

Anyway, I know I'm not the only one that has been pulled over right? 

I was pulled over in Temple..... on I-35....... on my birthday........ what?!?
