The beef between Wiz Khalifa and Kanye West is alive and well. In a Friday morning (June 24) interview with The Breakfast Club, Wiz explains the ongoing rift between the two major hip-hop artists.

In the interview, DJ Envy asks Wiz if he and 'Ye were able to resolve their issues. Wiz replys, "Yeah, he apologized. I wouldn't necessarily say it's squashed though, because when you see him talk about it, it doesn't add up to what he said to me on the phone."

Then, Angela Yee asks Wiz if he likes Kanye, to which the Pittsburgh rapper says, "Do I like him? Who would in that situation? In that situation, who would?"

The feud can be traced back to January of this year, when Kanye temporarily changed his album titled to Waves. Many people, including Wiz, weren't happy with 'Ye for jacking the phrase that New York rapper Max B coined. Wiz took subtle shots at Kanye on Twitter, Yeezy fired back with a string of strangely entertaining tweets, and the beef ballooned from there.

The beef reached its pinnacle when Kanye brought Wiz and Amber Rose's children into the conversation. Obviously, Wiz was none too pleased, and it seems he will never forgive 'Ye for crossing the familial line.

At the end of the interview, Charlamagne Tha God says, "You can't bring up the kids. Anything but the kids." Wiz simply responds, "Yeah." Keep it locked to XXL as more information about this situation emerges over the coming weeks and months.
