After months behind bars, Young Buck was just released from jail on Wednesday (Dec. 7), a report confirmed by DJ Whoo Kidd.

The G-Unit rapper had been locked up since July when he was arrested for threatening to burn down his girlfriend's apartment and kicking in her door. Buck's lawyer said he  “wanted to get certain property out of that woman’s house and was told that the property was not there.” He was eventually sentenced to seven months in August for probation violation, which stemmed from a 2012 gun charge.

Young Buck requested 50 Cent Tony Yayo and Lloyd Banks hold him down while he was locked up—if they did just that, maybe he'll be ready to get back to making music now that he's a free man.

While Whoo Kidd expressed his excitement about Buck's release, the rapper has yet to say anything himself on social media.
