This could've ended really, really badly. On Sunday night (July 31), an armed SWAT unit bumrushed Young Thug's van following a concert in Pittsburgh.

Fortunately, nobody was harmed in the incident. According to TMZ, venue security alerted the cops that someone in Thugger's entourage was brandishing a gun. A source close to Young Thug tells TMZ that his crew did have four guns on them, but they were all licensed to carry and showed the officers their paperwork.

Prior to the run-in with SWAT, Thugga Thugga performed at Summer Jam at Southside Event Center in the Steel City. In the clip, you can hear a SWAT officer yelling, "Get your hands up!"

In other Thugga Thugga-related news, the Atlanta artist is set to perform at Chance The Rapper's music festival in Chicago on Sept. 24. The "Best Friend" rapper will hit the stage alongside musicians including Lil Wayne, 2 Chainz, Lil Uzi Vert, Tyler, The Creator, John Legend, Skrillex and Alicia Keys.

Young Thug's Jeffery mixtape, executive produced by TM88, is expected to drop soon. In case you missed it, check out the Slime Season rapper's gigantic billboard in New York City. Thugger, never one to fall in line with societal norms, went against the grain by rocking women's clothes in the photoshoot for Calvin Klein.
