Hey, Central Texas! I’m Big Ced: The Fly Guy with the Bow Ties. I’m originally from Orlando, Florida, but I’ve been in Austin since 1996. True to my roots, yes, I am a Florida Gators and Miami Dolphins fan. I started my radio journey in promotions for the Beat 104.3 KXBT in Austin in 2006. Following brief stints at other radio companies, I returned to the Central Texas airwaves in 2008. After the launch of 96.3 RNB in 2012, I landed my first on-air gig doing weekends. Later I was promoted to weeknights from 7 PM to Midnight. Now I’m happy to be right here with you on My Kiss 1031! I am well known for and easily recognized by my custom bow ties. I have an extensive collection of unique bow ties, many of which are handmade. Lately I’ve dabbled in designing my own, and I plan to open a line in the future. I love to hang out with family and friends, and I’m a cigar enthusiast. I look forward to interacting with everyone in the My Kiss 1031 family, and hey, maybe we’ll have a cigar together some time. Join me Monday through Friday, Noon to 3 PM and for the Friday Night Dance Party from 7 PM to Midnight right here on My Kiss 1031.
