Boosie Badazz is dealing with a serious family situation. Apparently, the Louisiana native’s brother was arrested after he allegedly hacked into the rapper’s Capital One bank account.

It all started back in July when Boosie accused Capital One of allowing someone to steal $469,000 from his banking account. “Don’t bank at [Capital One]. Capital has let someone commit fraud on my account of 469k,” he vented in a now since-deleted Instagram post. "When this first happen I went to the banks months str8 asking questions, filing reports, meeting with officers etc. n every time I was [given] a bunch of lies n bulls---.”

Police did investigate and TMZ reports that Boosie’s brother, Taquari Hatch, was the culprit. He allegedly made over a dozen wire transfers to different people who would then give him cash. According to a police report, Taquari sent as much as $80,000 in one transfer.

Apparently, Taquari would pretend he was Boosie while on the phone with Capital One’s customer service during the wire transfers. The fraud department was alerted when Taquari mentioned having a wife; Boosie is not legally married. All together, Boosie’s brother siphoned $361,000 from the rapper’s account.

Police arrested Taquari last week and he's being charged with identity theft and fraud charges. Reps for Boosie Badazz had no comment on the matter.
