Central Texas Police Officer Arrested For Assaulting Man During Traffic Stop [Video]

A Waco officer has been arrested for allegedly assaulting a man during a traffic stop!

George Neville, a WPD officer, turned himself in Thursday afternoon. Qualon Deshon says when he was pulled over on May 4, 2016, Neville and two other officers assaulted him, according to KCEN. Weaver says one officer grabbed him by the throat and the others did nothing but watch! An internal investigation is ongoing.
