The Aaliyah movie is coming in less than two weeks heres a preview the new trailer for the Aaliyah movie hits Lifetime at 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15. Called Aaliyah 'The Princess of R&B’ stars Alexandra Shipp as Aaliyah.

On August 25, 2001, Aaliyah one of nine who were killed in a plane crash in the Bahamas for the music video "Rock The Boat". She was on her way back to the states when the plane crashed.
