
Flooding Shuts Down I-35 Through Troy
UPDATE: Northbound lanes are open and traffic is moving quickly. Southbound lanes remain closed, and traffic is being diverted to the access road. Crews are working to clear a stranded car from the roadway, as well as slick mud that accumulated during today's flash flooding.
Traffic was being diverted to access roads, causing backups as far away as 3 miles around 11:45 AM, and KWTX-TV reports a car was trapped under Troy's Main St/FM935 overpass.
Meanwhile, Bell County remained under a Tornado Watch until 1 PM.
