Man Accuses Girlfriend of Stealing Sperm

There are several things about the story of a man suing a fertility clinic and his ex-girlfriend that really bothers me.  There is a guy in Louisiana that is currently suing both of them after a sperm bank handed over two vials of his sperm to his ex-girlfriend without his permission.  

The first thing that really bothers me is that the place gave the two vials of sperm to his ex-girlfriend, and secondly that it was given to her in a brown paper lunch sack.  Seriously?  A brown paper lunch sack was the best thing they could think of to give it to her in?

Well, regardless of what they gave it to her in, she used it to get pregnant and is now asking for child support.  On a more interesting note, the reason that he had sperm stored at a fertility bank, the man had a vasectomy and wanted to be able to have another child in the future if he wanted to.
