Once again, Donald Trump is the President of the United States. As a result, people in Texas are curious about how that will affect their finances.

They spoke with some frugal-living experts who have delved into this subject to find some of the items that you might consider purchasing at discount stores if you're watching your budget.

It's hard to pick just one 'boomtown' in Texas. Different sources seem to say different things. Honestly, with the influx of both businesses and people in the Lone Star State, it feels that all of Texas is a bit of a 'boomtown' right now.
