You have the most freedom if you hold your gathering in a public place ... a park, public sidewalk, public thoroughfares, outside government buildings, etc. Just don't block access to buildings or inhibit normal business/activity.

Saturday, Millions of women across the country protested against President Donald Trump's stated agenda, his rhetoric and treatment of women in the past. And I for one aren't mad at you. It was actually inspiring... to see ALLLLL those women coming together marching in packs of the hundreds of thousands...
