Texas Infant’s Horrific Murder Allegedly By Now Returned Illegal
A small, but growing community just north of Houston, Texas is dealing with the loss of a three month old infant that has many in the area believing this tragedy could have and should have been avoided. Texas is the "Friendly State" after all, for the most part a pretty safe place to raise children, and not one where you would ever imagine a three month old would be at risk within a loving home.

Probably the most difficult piece of evidence in this case is that the suspect Melvin Jesus Aquino Enriquez had been removed from the country through deportation in 2020 after being arrested in the United States, and nothing was done to prevent him from returning even though he was known to engage in criminal activity. How he became to be familiar with the baby and the baby's mother has not been disclosed, but it is believed, according to this CW39 article, that Enriquez was living with them in an unincorporated community known as Porter.
Sadly, this is not the first arrest of an undocumented illegal being charged with murder in Texas, or around the country lately. Enriquez was already booked into jail for injury to a child, and accused of strangling the infant's mother when the baby passed away from their injuries in a local hospital.
Further additional charges could be coming to Enriquez any day now, and Texans will continue to ask when is enough enough?
