Texas Teenager Now Charged With Murder Of Another Teen
Austin, Texas is dealing with having to bury a sixteen year old girl that was murdered Monday night at an apartment complex in Northeast Austin, and now another 16 year old, this time a boy, is behind bars and being charged with the victim's death. According to this KXAN article, Za’Riyah Sheffield was found with multiple gun shot wounds at the Bridge at Harris Ridge apartment complex after a call went out to The Austin Police around 6 PM.

Sheffield was later pronounced dead at the scene after lifesaving measures were taken and the homicide detectives along with crime scene specialists began their investigation into the cause of the shooting.
What is being reported from the findings of the authorities thus far is especially troubling because it is not really stated whether or not the victim of the now arrested 16 year old male even knew each other prior to the shooting. It is believed the gunman had issue with the victim for looking at him, and from there the confrontation escalated until the young man allegedly shot the girl and took off running.
