Texas Trooper Who Arrested Sandra Bland Has Been Fired!

No one was ever indicted in Sandra Bland's death, but the Texas trooper involved has officially been fired!

According to KXXV, Trooper Brian Encinia, who arrested Sandy during a traffic stop last year, has been fired!! After her death, Encinia claimed that he had Sandy get out of the car so he could conduct a safer traffic investigation, but he was indicted on a perjury charge! He could, however appeal the decision.
