A Central Texas Woman Is Killed By Police [Video]

An Austin woman was shot and killed by Austin Police early Sunday morning!

The 26-year-old woman was shot and killed by Austin Police after she allegedly pointed a gun at officers. They say she said, "Shoot me, shoot me, kill me," according to KCEN. Officer say she refused to put her gun down and continued to move towards officers, so they shot and killed her. The incident happened at the Club at Summer Valley apartment complex near the intersection of William Cannon Drive and South 1st Street. The woman was pronounced dead at the hospital, about 45 minutes after arriving. While there is audio of the incident, there is no video because the officers weren't wearing body cams.
