50 Cent, G-Unit Perform at Citi Field, Fight Breaks Out
After striking out at the mound with his horrible pitch, rapper 50 Cent returned to Citi Field on Saturday (June 14) following the Mets 0-5 lost against the Padres for a post-game concert.
During his performance, Fiddy brought out G-Unit -- Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo and Kidd Kidd -- to perform a couple of tracks. The Unit even performed their Internet-buzzing single, 'Real Quick,' which is a remix of Drake's '0 to 100.'
But things did get ugly real quick during Banks' solo performance of 'Beamer, Benz, or Bentley.'
A couple of Mets fans got into a fistfight with Padres fans in the stands. In a video shot by an eyewitness, we see one dude getting pummeled by another guy in a huge melee. And then the man's girlfriend, jumps on top of the attacker and pulls him off.
Don't blame Fiddy's music for this chaotic free-for-all. Just blame the alleged drunken Mets fans that got a little rowdy during the show. G-G-G-G-Unit!
