From my experience being here in Killeen for the past 6 years, I have come to find out that there's a lot of people here from Louisiana.

Having said that, you hear their accents when they speak, you see they are just as passionate about the Saints as Texans love the Dallas Cowboys.

You also find out their love for delicious seafood.

Since I got here in 2015, I have seen 4 new spots built that serve seafood, particularly on Central Texas Expressway.
