You know the old saying "My Name is Bennett and I Ain't In It" well that's what Art Briles, the former head football coach at Baylor University might as well be saying.

His attorneys have filed a federal motion to remove him as defendant in the lawsuit filed in March, alleging the University failed to act on complaints from women claiming sexual assault against its players.

The motion says that Briles and other 'individual employees should not be sued under Title IX'  the motion also says:

"To recognize a legal duty under the factual circumstances as alleged in this case would create an entirely new category of university and college employee Defendants, who heretofore, have never been considered by the courts to have a legal duty under the circumstances of this case."

Can't wait for the ruling on this to come down!
