San Antonio, Texas is already known as the de facto origin for Tex-Mex food for the Lone Star State, but there are so many facets of our favorite cuisine that it would be severely inappropriate to exclude all of the amazing baked goods that really solidify our history of being a melting pot that in many ways goes beyond the level that the United States is known for on its own.
