Central TX Is In Dire Need Of Blood Donations

Hospitals in the CenTex area is are in dire need of blood.

The last year in a half has been very tough due to the COVID-19 pandemic, not only have businesses suffered but so have our local hospitals. Blood donations have been at an all-time low but Carter Blood Care is working to fix the issue. With a set goal of 1,000 donations a day they have fallen short and with the help of the community, they are looking forward to fixing i.t. 

According to KXXV, Carter Blood Care is bringing mobile blood donation stations to make i.t convenient as possible. Allover Central TX donation station will be available beginning next week. Stop by the One Killeen Center and Bob Mills Furniture in Temple on Monday from 10 am to 6pm to donate. 

Giving blood can save many lives and give those who donate a feeling of higher purpose. I encourage those who can give blood to do so.
